About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, grow our online presence, and engage with our community across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has a passion for digital marketing, strong storytelling skills, and experience creating content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Manage the social media content calendar and ensure consistent posting.

  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create compelling campaigns.

  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.

  • Identify trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep the brand competitive.

  • Plan and manage paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

  • Work with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors to expand reach.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.

  • Monitor competitor activity and recommend opportunities for growth.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2–4 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Later.

  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.

  • Basic understanding of paid social advertising.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.

  • Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.

  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing.

  • Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns.
