Job description

We’re looking for Full-time & Part-time Food Servers to join the dietary team at our senior living community!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent dining service to residents during mealtimes, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring a tidy environment.
  • Interact with residents courteously and respond to their requests or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff, caregivers, and other team members to ensure efficient and smooth dining services.
  • Have a good understanding of the menu, including dietary restrictions and special requests, to assist residents effectively.

Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Patience and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic understanding of food safety guidelines and hygiene standards.
