Job description

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal  Supervisor to join our Pen Lounge team at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia.  The Pen Lounge at Truist Park is the newest premium club in the stadium, located in right field directly above the bullpen.  As a Pen Lounge Supervisor, you will work under the department manager's direction to ensure effective club operations, including training and supervision of team members.  You may be working events associated with various departments outside of our regularly scheduled events.

This is a seasonal position that works during the baseball season.  The season starts in March and goes until October, pending the possible playoff schedule.

Pay $18.00 - $18.00 / hour

What will you do?
  • Oversee inventory and estimates of food and beverage costs
  • Schedule all front-of-house team members for events
  • Assist with the hiring, training, and development of team members
  • Ensure associates properly set up events for guests; conduct walk-throughs to check for any issues
  • Ensure all food presentations and displays meet company standards
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service and report any violations, and that staff are adhering to company alcohol policies
  • Inspect areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to
More about you
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits preferred
  • Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss
  • Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • No college degree required

  • Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds
