Emrick's Van & Storage Job Opportunities

Emrick's Van & Storage, agents for Allied Van Lines, is looking for full time and summer workers that will

  • Load Furniture & Boxes: Workers will pick up and move boxes and household furniture to and from homes, trucks and storage facilities. Moving equipment is supplied by Emrick's.
  • Box Driver-Loaders: To drive company vehicles (Vans & 26 Ft straight trucks) to load and unload household items. All drivers do loading and unloading with the other movers.
  • CDL A Drivers: Local and long-haul options. All drivers do loading and unloading with the other movers.
  • Box Packers: To drive company vans and pack up household items into cardboard boxes. This is a good job for men and women.
  • Sign On Bonus: For movers with experience
  • Training: On the job training is provided and paid time
  • Apply and start work within 48 hours:

Packers must be able to lift 40 lbs repeatedly. Must be able to work 8+ hours on your feet bending and lifting.

Emrick's is looking for outgoing positive workers to interact with customers and work well with others. If you like to mix things up, this could be a job for you. The job is different every day.

All new hires must pass a background screen necessary for being in private residences and a drug test. A valid driver's license with a clean record will increase the hiring chances. Pay is based on experience and the ability to drive.

This job can have long days, so please understand it could start as early as 6:30 am and go as late as 8:30 pm. Most days it is 7:45 am 5:30 pm.
