Compensation

  • $50–$70 per hour base, commensurate with experience.
  • Uncapped production incentive program that rewards practice growth and patient retention. Providers who cultivate strong guest relationships and build a loyal patient following have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through our production incentive program.
  • We recognize that building a new practice takes time. That’s why we offer a competitive hourly base rate to provide stability as patient demand grows. Appointment volume is expected to increase over time as we continue investing in marketing, guest awareness, and expansion of our service offering.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetics Injector (Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to lead treatments at our Denver and Littleton, CO Woodhouse Day Spas. The role has flexible, part-time hours as we grow this offering.

Role Specifications

  • Perform injectable aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins (i.e. Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers (i.e. Juvederm, Restylane), biostimulators (i.e. Radiesse, Sculptra) with precision and safety.
  • Conduct aesthetic consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain compliance with medical regulations and uphold the Woodhouse Spa standard of safety and care.
  • Provide a luxury-level guest experience that builds trust, confidence and long-term relationships.
  • Help shape the program through feedback, professionalism, and partnership as we expand the offering.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in good standing in the state of Colorado.
  • 2–3+ years of experience performing neurotoxin and dermal filler injections in a medical aesthetics setting.
  • Deep understanding of facial anatomy, safety protocols, and current industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and a refined, guest-centered approach.
  • Interest in growing with a brand and contributing to program development and future training initiatives.

Work Schedule

This role requires availability to work a schedule that accommodates the needs of the business that could consist of days, evenings, and/or weekends.

Organizational Relationships

This position reports directly to the Spa Director.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role requires physical strength to stand on feet for long hours at a time and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
