Job description

Rosillo & Associates, PA is a Certified Public Accounting Firm specializing in tax preparation and we are seeking bookkeeper and customer service staff person for Miami, Downtown Doral in-person office work: at least part-time  8:30am - 12:30pm and additional time may be required. Duties include: bookkeeping, customer service, scanning, processing work, new client follow-ups, new corporation set ups, tax notice responses, and possibly some basic tax preparation, billing and collections. Compensation includes 401K upon starting and pay depends on abilities. Fluent English speakers are required; additionally, Fluent Spanish or Portuguese speakers are also preferred.
