Position Summary: Responsible for customer assistance and sales as well as assist in smooth operation of all back office procedures and policies concerning merchandise and supplies inventory.
Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Be fully knowledgeable about EF clothing and fabrics.
  • Maintain / expand personal customer book.
  • Maintain high level of initiative, motivation, and self-direction.
  • Process customer shipments & damages.
  • Perform open / close out procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of sales floor and merchandise.
  • Assist in stock work.
  • Be willing to do whatever is necessary to keep the store running smoothly.

Required Experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

The hiring salary range for this role is $18.00- $18.15/hr. dependent upon experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer competitive benefits including a generous clothing allowance and a wellness reimbursement program.
