OUR ROLE

As a Sales Associate, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will represent our brands, build relationships with customers, provide knowledgeable product recommendations, and help drive sales. You will also support the overall operation and presentation of the store, ensuring it is welcoming, organized, and reflects the quality of our brands.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT THE OUTLET

  • Welcome customers and provide a warm, knowledgeable, and personalized shopping experience.
  • Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending products that meet their interests.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across Waterford, Wedgwood, Royal Copenhagen, and Georg Jensen brands and confidently answer questions.
  • Build customer relationships through personalized service and product recommendations.
  • Build and maintain a client book through customer outreach, follow-up communications, and relationship building.
  • Leverage customer information and loyalty initiatives to drive repeat visits and sales.
  • Support the achievement of individual and store sales goals.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Replenish merchandise and assist with inventory management and product organization.
  • Support visual merchandising and ensure products are presented according to brand standards.
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, ticketing, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor.
  • Work collaboratively with the outlet team to ensure smooth daily store operations.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including cash handling, loss prevention, and safety guidelines.

You are a customer-focused individual who enjoys connecting with people and creating a positive shopping experience. You have a genuine interest in retail and are comfortable learning about products and sharing that knowledge with customers. You are friendly, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team while also taking initiative when needed. Experience & knowledge:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and lift and carry merchandise as required.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Language Skills

Base Salary: $18-22/hr Plus Bonus Incentives
