At Hillcrest House, a program of Sanctuary House, we are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for adults living with serious mental illness. We are currently looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our residential team in making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.
 
 Open Positions - PART TIME:
 
  1. Weekday Overnight Sleep Shift: 10 PM – 8 AM (Monday - Thursday)  ** Hourly rate applies to first hour of work from 10 pm - 11 pm, from 11 pm - 8 am employee will receive a flat rate ($95.00) due to these being sleep shifts. 

What We're Looking For: 

  • Availability: Must be available to work overnight during the week 
  • A valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • 1 year of experience supporting adults with serious mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, schizoaffective disorder).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience working in a group home setting.
