Job description

General Definition and Scope of Job

Involved with registration, collection, processing, and quality control of specimens, receives and instructs
patients, processes lab orders and distributes laboratory reports.

JOB STATUS:  

  • Part Time, 40 hours per pay period, 1st/variable shifts, 8 hours per shift
  • Part Time, 32 hours per pay period, variable shifts, 8 hours per shift

What are the Minimum Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements?

  • High School Diploma.
  • Ability to read, speak and write English effectively; and be able to demonstrate skill in communication, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient use of computers.
  • Phlebotomy training certification preferred.
  • Experience preferred.
