Description:

Serves drinks to Guests in compliance with all Company and health department standards and policies. Is responsible for processing transactions in compliance with Company's procedures as well as knowledge and familiarity of cocktails and prices. Perform side work, retrieving glasses and other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum age requirement is 21. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration. Knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, glassware, pricing and garnishes.
