ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

A strong knowledge or willingness to learn craft beer.

Educating and assisting guests with food and drinks

Deliver a consistently high level of customer service

Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment

Keep the bar area up to standards in compliance of the local health department

Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift

Mix all drinks based on the serving size outlined in the recipe books

Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar, and in the dining room, always satisfied

Responsible for all opening and closing side work as well as ongoing side work

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

21 years of age

B.A.S.S.E.T and ServSafe Certified within two weeks of employment
