As a Part Time BCBA, your core responsibilities often include conducting functional behavior assessments, designing and supervising the implementation of intervention plans, providing training to caregivers or staff, and monitoring client progress through data analysis. You may work in a variety of settings, such as clinics, schools, homes, or community centers, depending on the needs of your clients and the organization’s service model. Collaboration with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), teachers, and family members is a central part of the job, ensuring interventions are consistent and effective. These competencies are crucial for delivering effective, individualized behavioral support and driving positive outcomes for clients in various settings.

Can you work remotely as a part time BCBA?

Part-time BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) positions can sometimes be performed remotely, especially for tasks like data analysis, program development, and supervision of clients via telehealth platforms. Job description

You've been a BCBA for a few years, and you're ready to go deeper clinically, collaborate with a strong multidisciplinary team, and find a place that is genuinely invested in you!

At Woven Care, we're a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We believe great BCBAs do their best work when they have the caseload, the support, and the clinical environment to back it up. That's why we do things a little differently: manageable caseloads, so you can drive outcomes, true day-to-day collaboration with OT, PT, and SLP, and documentation flexibility so your evenings stay yours.

What Your Day Looks Like

You will join a team who loves what they do and is excited to grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means daily collaboration with Speech, OT, and PT, not just shared clients on paper, but real shared problem-solving . You will know your colleagues, and they will know you.

Day to day, you can expect to design and oversee ABA programs, conduct assessments and program reviews, supervise and develop your RBT team, and lead parent training and family meetings. Your caseload is built to give you the space to do all of this well, up to 10 clients, sized for quality care rather than volume. Notes and indirect tasks can be handled from home, so your clinic time stays focused on clients and collaboration.

What We're Offering

Schedule that fits your life

Full-time, part-time options, flex days. Autonomy for you to build a schedule around your life!

Student loan repayment

Partnering with SoFi, we provide you with $200/month right to the heart of your principal loan amount! Added up over your tenure with Woven Care, this benefit can save tens of thousands of dollars and years off your loan. Available for clinicians in our Pueblo and Fountain clinics.

Growth opportunities from the start

We want to hire BCBAs who never stop growing; that's why we've built a program that prioritizes professional development throughout your career. You'll have access to:

  • $250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure
  • In-house CEU opportunities and ongoing clinical guidance built into how we operate

Compensation

Salary ($82,000-$90,000/year). We'll walk through the details so you understand exactly what your comp looks like. Bilingual? Enjoy an additional 2% on top of your compensation!

Performance-based monthly bonus

We reward your hard work! Earn up to $750 per month or up to $9,000 in annual performance incentives!

Sign-on bonus

Up to $10,000!

Benefits options

Medical, dental, vision, tenure-based PTO and sick leave accruing 128 hours your first year, six guaranteed holidays, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with match after 1 year!

What You Need
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • 2-5 years of experience in a clinical or center-based ABA setting
