Job description

JOB TITLE: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, part-time, or contractual.
WORK LOCATION: Paducah, KY
POSITION SUMMARY
Easterseals West Kentucky, Inc. is searching for a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will be responsible for planning, developing and monitoring a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of individual clients. The BCBA also consults with and teaches staff/caregivers/team members regarding pro-active, educational, programming and behavioral supports; develops and implements comprehensive treatment plans; and collaborates with related services providers as appropriate. The BCBA also provides direct staff supervision and evaluation of staff performance both verbally and in writing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The BCBA will perform all or some of the following:
• Conduct clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based instruments such as VB-MAPP, AFLS and EFL
• Write and update reports that include measurable and appropriate goals, progress and graphing
• Develop parent training goals and participate in monthly training with families
• Train staff on individual behavior intervention plans and proper ABA techniques
• Provide clinical supervision to RBT's
• Provide mentorship to those seeking BCABA/BCBA certification
• Collaborate with therapists from other disciplines
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND KEY COMPETENICES:
• BCBA certification required
• Master's degree required
• Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of projects and goals
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Must be a citizen of the United States and possess a valid driver's license
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

o $85,000 (FTE)
o $5,000 Sign-On Bonus - 25% after first 2 weeks, 25% after 9 weeks, 50% after 12 months. Bonus eligibility and payment are contingent on active, good-standing employment at each milestone.
