Job Summary
Serve as a Field Supervisor/Site Manager for our multi-sport camp, which includes participants ages 4-11 in a recreational setting. Our Summer Camps run Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. for 7 weeks (June 29 - August 14). The Field Supervisor/Site Manager is responsible for providing a superior i9 Sports Experience and overseeing the operations of a venue. This individual must be high-energy, organized, and have strong problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. We are a customer service-oriented company so those who have had experience "Wowing" customers have a leg up on the competition.
We are currently hiring for the following location:
  • SUMMIT PARK (7/13-7/17, 7/27-7/31 & 8/10-8/14)
    Training shift: Must be able to attend a four-hour training shift at Tyee Middle School in Bellevue on June 30 or July 1

Responsibilities
  • Field set up and breakdown for events
  • Manage/supervise part-time staff members
  • Supervise the overall operation of a venue including programs operating on schedule
  • Demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
  • Organize equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication & organization skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
  • Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of campers
  • Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
  • Must be at least 18 and able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
  • Must be CPR certified (training provided)
  • Must have ability to transport gear in vehicle daily.
  • Must be dependable. We do not tolerate callouts.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
