What is a part time bartender?

Part time bartenders are hospitality professionals who work behind the bar for fewer hours than a full-time schedule, often evenings, weekends, or during busy shifts. Building rapport with coworkers and proactively learning house recipes and procedures can help ease transitions between shifts and ensure smooth teamwork. Additionally, staying organized during busy hours helps you provide excellent service even when the bar is crowded.
