Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Bartender to join our team. This is an hourly position offering a competitive wage of $16.05 per hour + tips. The ideal candidate will have solid bartending experience, a passion for mixology, and a strong knowledge of classic cocktails, local beers, and wines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bartending: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring each drink meets our quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Engage with guests, offer drink recommendations, and ensure that each guest enjoys an exceptional experience at the bar.
  • Cocktail Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of classic cocktail recipes and be able to create and customize drinks based on guest preferences.
  • Knowledge of Beer & Wine: Provide guests with recommendations on local beers and wines, ensuring they have a variety of options based on their tastes.
  • Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift. Ensure that all glassware, tools, and supplies are in working order.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and communicate with management to ensure that the bar is adequately stocked for daily operations.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process customer payments and manage the till during your shift.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure the bar runs smoothly and that guest needs are met quickly and effectively.
