While much of our work involves travel-based roles, we also offer local assignments for those seeking opportunities closer to home. Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality beverages while creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standardsTake customer orders accurately and process payments efficientlyProvide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experienceMaintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and seating areasRestock ingredients and supplies as neededFollow food safety, hygiene, and health regulationsHandle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionallyOperate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely Qualifications: Experience as barista or food serviceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic math and cash handling skillsFlexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidaysPositive attitude and team player mindset I understand that Bridge Point may conduct background checks and/or obtain consumer and investigative reports in connection with my application or employment, as permitted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state laws.
