Description
Our Bartenders are professional, high-energy team members with excellent communication skills, who serve classic and contemporary cocktails to our guests.
Our Bartenders greet guests, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. They also up-sell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.
To be a successful Bartender here, you'll neat a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable and personable, and be able to create well-balanced, delicious drinks.
As a Bartender, you will:
  • welcome guests, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, make recommendations and take drink orders
  • plan drink menus and inform customers about new beverages and specials.
  • select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to customers
  • check identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol
  • take inventory and order supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked
  • adhere to all food safety and quality regulations
  • handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensure charges are accurate and return correct change to patrons, balance the cash register.
  • maintain a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
  • develop new cocktail recipes.

Bartender Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in a high-volume, full service environment
  • Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required
  • Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
