Job Summary

The Bartender / Server delivers exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests. When applying for this role please let us know if you would like to work as bartender, server, or both.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
  • Serve food and beverages in dining room, bar, patio, and/or on-course locations
  • Verify guest age and comply with all alcohol service laws
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar, and service areas
  • Promote daily specials, beverages, and menu items

Qualifications
