This role is centered around crafting high-quality cocktails and spritzes, providing attentive and engaging service, and creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys guest interaction, and can balance service with light operational responsibilities.

George's Bar & Spritz is a porch bar located at the Curry Mansion Inn, inspired by the Amalfi Coast. It offers a curated cocktail and spritz menu in a laid-back, social setting, serving both guests of the inn and the public.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, spritzes, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to George's standards.
  • Provide friendly, attentive service while engaging with guests and fostering a welcoming porch atmosphere.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and porch seating area throughout service.
  • Restock bar inventory, glassware, and garnishes as needed.
  • Complete light opening, mid-shift, or closing duties to support smooth daily operations.
  • Use iPad-based platforms (Guesty, Breezeway, and PointCentral) to complete unit or area checks as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience during peak and slower periods.
