Job Summary:
As a Bartender / Mixologist, you will be the creative force behind our bar, taking food and beverage orders from guests and servers, and expertly preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Your role is integral to delivering a memorable guest experience, and you will also assist with maintaining bar supplies, record keeping, cash handling, and processing credit transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Beverage Service: Promptly take and accurately process food and beverage orders from guests and servers, preparing a wide range of drinksfrom classic cocktails to innovative mixology creations.
  • Guest Engagement: Provide expert recommendations on drink recipes and daily specials, answering questions about ingredients, techniques, and pricing to enhance the guest experience.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including polishing glassware, restocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
