About the role
At Joe's Sports Bar + Grill, you're more than the person behind the bar-you're the vibe. You'll craft great drinks, serve classic bar bites, and create the kind of easy, welcoming energy travelers and locals remember long after the final whistle.
What you'll do
  • Mix, garnish, and serve cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and consistency.
  • Engage guests with genuine hospitality-know when to chat and when to give space.
  • Recommend menu items and promotions; ring orders accurately and handle payments.
  • Serve food to bar guests and support the dining room during peak times.
  • Maintain a spotless, well-stocked bar and follow cash-handling and responsible alcohol service standards.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and ABC regulations.

What you bring
  • Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced setting.
  • Current Food Handler certification and responsible alcohol service/ABC certification (or ability to obtain quickly).
  • Strong product knowledge (beer, wine, classic & signature cocktails).
  • Calm under pressure, team-oriented, and guest-obsessed.
  • Able to stand/walk for the shift and lift up to 25 lbs; comfortable bending, reaching, and using stairs.
