SUMMARY

The Bartender at O Bar is responsible for delivering an elevated cocktail experience through expert preparation, polished presentation, and engaging guest service. This role blends technical skill with showmanship, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the sophistication and energy of the casino environment.

  • Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, with a strong emphasis on martinis, according to established recipes and presentation standards

  • Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to create memorable guest experiences

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail techniques

  • Engage guests with confidence and professionalism while managing a fast-paced bar environment

  • Accurately process guest transactions in compliance with cash handling and gaming regulations

  • Monitor guest consumption and responsibly serve alcohol in accordance with company policy and local laws

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, tools, and work areas at all times

  • Stock, prep, and rotate bar inventory to ensure readiness for service

  • Collaborate with fellow bartenders, barbacks, and leadership to support seamless operations

  • Represent the casino and O Bar brand with style, poise, and professionalism

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 to 3 years of high-volume experience required
  • Food Handlers & Bassett Certification required
  • Prior bartending experience required; casino or high-volume cocktail bar experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and martini service

  • Excellent communication and guest engagement skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
