Position Overview:ย We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented part-time Graphic Designer to support a wide range of visual design needs across marketing, communications, fundraising, and program initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values brand consistency, and enjoys bringing ideas to life through thoughtful, engaging design.

Key Duties:

Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Design assets for marketing initiatives, including retention, referral, recruiting, fundraising, and new audience campaigns
  • Develop creative concepts that align with brand strategy and organizational goals
  • Create digital advertisements, social media graphics, web graphics, and promotional materials

Communications Design

  • Create visual materials to support communications with parents, families, alumni, donors, and guests
  • Design email headers, informational handouts, digital graphics, presentations, and print collateral
  • Translate information into clear, visually engaging, and on-brand designs

Events, Camps & Program Support

  • Design graphics for camps, retreats, events, recruiting initiatives, and development campaigns
  • Produce signage, promotional materials, event materials, and seasonal creative assets
  • Support the visual needs of various departments through creative design solutions

Brand & Creative Support

  • Help maintain visual consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials
  • Ensure designs align with established brand standards and messaging
  • Collaborate with team members to bring campaigns and projects to life
