Job description

This position requires strong commitment to quality customer service to our Private Banking and Commercial clients. This is a part-time position that will work 20 - 25 hours per week.DUTIESCustomer Service: provide accurate and responsive support to clients and relationship managers. Key role in retention of valuable customers.Administrative Support: work closely with relationship managers and manager of wholesale banking group to fulfill administrative requirements phones, scheduling, typing, filing, and other duties as required.Bank products/operations: will maintain working knowledge of bank products and operational systems. Facilitate opening accounts, processing transactions, and resolving problems. Will include responding to client questions and requests with alternative solutions.Loan Support: lend support through reviews and comprehension of commercial and consumer loan documents. This will include loans, advances, payments, and any other maintenance requirements for the loan portfolio.Cash Management: primarily responsible for the day to day customer management of business on-line banking system. To include customer support, technical troubleshooting, and product maintenance. Should have knowledge base of cash management products, ACH networks, wire processing, data reporting, and security procedures.Must adhere to all Bank policies, procedures and all compliance regulations.QUALIFICATIONSPrior banking experience is preferred, and the ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. 2+ years of prior customer service skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Good typing, administrative and organizational skills.
