Client Service Specialist - Part Time - Float

Willamette Valley Bank is looking for a warm, engaging Client Service Specialist who enjoys building genuine connections with customers, community members, and teammates. This part-time role offers variety and flexibility, as it will float between our branches throughout the beautiful Willamette Valley.

Some of the Key Responsibilities Include

  • Handles basic account inquiries on phone and in person for existing and prospective customers
  • Assists customers with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing and wire transfers
  • Works as part of a team to create exceptional and personalized customer experiences
  • Displays commitment to financial success of customer and WVBK through diligence and adherence to safety protocols including confidentiality, regulatory compliance and fraud prevention
