Job Requirements

Starting Pay Rate: $17.50/hr

Day/Swing shifts available    

Join our fast-paced team as a Counter Server, providing friendly service, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

 

What you will do as a Counter Server:                           

        Demonstrates exceptional guest service skills when selling F&B items to either guests or employees and informs guests of casino facilities and their location.

        Continually operates cash register or cash bank and accepts payment for F&B product(s) ensuring accuracy when making change.

        Is always extremely responsive to guest's questions regarding food items, prices, methods of preparation, items on sale and availability of various F&B products. Continually up-sells F&B products offered.

        Always ensures that assigned area is kept orderly and continually cleans and sanitizes counter in designated areas, as well as assisting in the dining area as needed.

Work Experience

To be successful as a Counter Server, you'll need:

    Excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to speak English.

    Previous Food & Beverage experience a plus.

    The ability to ring in orders, count money, make correct change, and settle checks on the Point of sale system

    Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.
