  • Contribute to branch growth through proactive outreach and service excellence

What success looks like:

  • Operational accuracy and regulatory adherence
  • Professional presence in the community
  • Ability to balance service, sales, and compliance in a fast-paced environment

We are seeking candidates who bring:

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in banking, retail leadership, hospitality, financial services, or consultative sales
  • Comfort discussing financial products and solutions
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated accountability and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism
  • Banking experience is valued but not required for candidates with strong transferable experience.
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience
  • Career development in financial services
  • Cross-training across multiple banking disciplines
  • Strong internal partnerships
  • Robust benefits package
