Harvest Market is seeking to hire a baker (part time or full time) to support the afternoon baking team. Two years of baking experience is ideal as well as the ability to follow recipes. The baker is responsible for the day to day production and presentation of baked goods which are made on site in small batches.

Responsibilities:

· Record inventory, loss, and production of all baked goods.

· Create the Daily Bakery Production List.

· Prepare batch recipes per written instructions.

· Maintain product quality and consistency.

· Maintain appropriate inventory of all bakery items.

· Delegate and oversee packaging and presentation of items.

· Ensure the adherence to all ServSafe and health code standards.

· Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

· Maintain the cleanliness and facing of baked goods.

· Help develop new products that meet the standards of HMK.

· Organize work for maximum efficiency.

· Complete work efficiently and with a sense of urgency.

· Work cooperatively to contribute to a positive work environment.

· Additional duties as requested by management.

Qualifications:
