Parents need a caregiver to allow them to focus while they work from home or allow them to return to the office. You're be more than just a stand-in! Depending on your availability, you'll step in for a few hours or a few days to be a helpful and appreciated caregiver to oversee children's age appropriate activities.
While you won't be jumping multiverses, you'll be placed temporarily with several of our client families and experience a variety of cultures and personalities. Take advantage of this opportunity to fine tune your trust building skills with different kids and learn how to adapt to them. The kids might just love you because you're a new face! And if there's a good personal connection, you may become someone's favorite and be requested over and over again. We'll help you manage your schedule if it becomes too much. If you pay attention to our client families needs, be on time, follow parent instructions, be helpful and friendly, you then could have first pick of permanent part-time positions as they come up.
