About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and data engineering who can drive BI initiatives, lead high-performing technical teams, and partner with Finance, HR, and business leaders to deliver actionable insights.
The successful candidate will define and execute the organization's BI roadmap while overseeing the development of scalable analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and modern data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of enterprise Business Intelligence initiatives.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, and business stakeholders to identify reporting and analytics needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
  • Define and manage the Business Intelligence roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Intelligence professionals, data engineers, and analysts.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions utilizing Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Data Lakes, Data Warehousing, and Data Pipelines.
  • Ensure successful project delivery through proper prioritization, estimation, planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
  • Build executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions that enable data-driven business decisions.
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, architecture, and development standards.
  • Evaluate emerging BI technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve business value.
  • Present project status, risks, and strategic updates to executive leadership and key business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and enterprise BI projects.
  • Expert knowledge of:
