Advanced Education & Training
We offer a structured Advanced Aveda Training Program after licensure to ensure you feel confident with every guest and service in your chair. As part of our team, you’ll:

    • Maintain 70–85% booked and 65–80% guest retention
    • Utilize social media to market yourself and engage guests
    • Educate guests on Aveda products (25–40% purchasing goal)

  • Compensation (part time):
    • Training Period (3–6 months, ~35 hrs/week): avg. $437/week
    • Year 1–2: ~$39,000/year (incl. tips)
    • Year 3–5: ~$46,000/year
    • Year 6–8: ~$60,000/year
    • Year 9+: ~$68,000/year

Requirements
  • Current or expected Michigan cosmetology license
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and squat
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 10 lbs

Hours
  • Part-time: 24–32 hours per week (with potential to grow into full-time)
