About the Opportunity – PT Accounts Payable Specialist
This is a part-time, temporary opportunity (approximately 3–6 months) for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to support a small, lean accounting team within a growing insurance technology organization. The role offers flexibility, fully remote work, and the chance to contribute to process improvements. Ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on full cycle AP in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities – PT Accounts Payable Specialist

  • Manage low-volume, full-cycle accounts payable processing
  • Monitor and manage the AP inbox and incoming invoices
  • Coordinate invoice approvals with department managers
  • Load and process invoices in NetSuite
  • Track payables using spreadsheets and support process documentation
  • Ensure accurate general ledger coding for all AP transactions
  • Assist with evolving and streamlining the current manual AP process into NetSuite

Qualifications – PT Accounts Payable Specialist
