For over 35 years, we have been offering assistance services to customers losing their autonomy. Our 90 employees provide excellent services to our 118 residents, 24 of whom suffer from cognitive disorders such as Alzheimer's. Our employees are the main reason for the excellent reputation that the company has in the network of private seniors' residences. Château Pierrefonds is looking for resident attendants (PAB) for part-time day or evening positions on weekends. This includes one (1) weekend out of two (2) and additional shifts if desired. Under the supervision of the care manager and in a living environment context, you will ensure a warm and respectful presence with residents in order to assist them in maintaining their autonomy and their state of health, more particularly: Your mission : Make regular rounds in one of our care units Accompany residents to the bathroom and change incontinence pants Responsible for changing bedding as needed.
