Job description

This well-established, physician-owned ENT and audiology practice seeking a Pediatric Audiologist to join their collaborative team in northern New Jersey. This is a newly created position designed for an audiologist who enjoys working with children and is looking for a flexible, part-time schedule without the pressures of hearing aid sales.
This opportunity offers the chance to focus exclusively on pediatric diagnostic testing while working alongside an experienced team of audiologists and ENT physicians. You'll play an important role in supporting pediatric patients while allowing the existing audiology team to focus on other clinical specialties.
Position Highlights:
  • Primary location is Hackensack, NJ with some travel between two nearby offices
  • Part-time opportunity with a highly flexible schedule
  • Opportunity to increase hours by assisting with vestibular (VNG) testing if desired
  • No hearing aid dispensing or sales responsibilities
  • Collaborative team of four experienced audiologists
  • Newly created role with the opportunity to shape the pediatric program

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform pediatric diagnostic hearing evaluations
  • Conduct OAEs, tympanometry, Visual Reinforcement Audiometry (VRA), and Conditioned Play Audiometry (CPA)
  • Evaluate children referred following newborn hearing screenings, ENT procedures, or physician recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with ENT physicians regarding diagnostic findings
  • Deliver compassionate, family-centered care in a supportive clinical environment
