The Challenge:

We’re on the lookout for an AutoCAD Technician who can bring blueprints to life with precision and creativity! If you geek out over flawless designs, sharp lines, and turning napkin sketches into real-world structures, then this role is for you.

What you’ll do:
  • Design & Draft: Use AutoCAD (and maybe some other cool tools like Revit or SolidWorks) to create accurate and detailed 2D & 3D drawings.
  • Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to make sure everything fits together perfectly.
  • Revise & Perfect: Make adjustments as projects evolve because we all know designs never stay the same!
  • Detail Detective: Ensure drawings meet industry standards, codes, and best practices—because precision is everything!
  • Call in Locates: Contact utility companies to request locates, ensuring underground utilities are marked and accounted for in designs—because avoiding surprise explosions is kind of important.

  • Team Player: You collaborate like a champ and communicate technical info without the jargon overload.
  • Problem-Solving Pro: You don’t just find problems—you solve them.
  • Industry Know-How: Whether it’s architecture, engineering, construction, or manufacturing, you understand how things come together.
  • Education & Experience: A degree, diploma, or certification in Drafting, CAD Technology, or Engineering plus 1-3 years of hands-on CAD experience.
Perks & Benefits
  • Competitive salary
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance—because we care!
  • Career growth & development opportunities
  • A fun, collaborative work environment with real impact on the world
