Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Full-Time or Part-Time Paducah, KY
Atlas Kids, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team. Whether you're an experienced PTA or a new graduate, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families while growing your career in a collaborative, therapist-focused environment.
At Atlas Kids, you'll work with children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, global developmental delay, neurological conditions, genetic disorders, and sensory-motor challenges. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to providing evidence-based, child-centered care that helps children build strength, confidence, mobility, and independence while supporting families every step of the way.
Your Role
  • Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Provide hands-on therapy focused on strength, balance, coordination, mobility, gait training, and gross motor development
  • Utilize engaging, play-based interventions to support participation, functional progress, and developmental milestone achievement
  • Collaborate with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team to monitor patient outcomes and adjust interventions as appropriate
  • Educate and partner with families and caregivers to encourage carryover and continued success at home and in the community
  • Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time
  • Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management
  • Manage a typical full-time outpatient caseload averaging approximately 10-12 patient visits per day
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards

Requirements
  • Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current Kentucky Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required
  • Pediatric experience preferred but not required
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
