Who We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in reception, customer care, or a similar customer‑facing role
  • Friendly, positive communicator with strong customer service skills
  • Comfortable managing a busy multi‑line phone system
  • Motivated, professional, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities
  • Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and comfortable learning CRM systems (e.g., DealerSocket)
  • Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented


Schedule: Part‑Time; Friday 8:30am-7:00pm, Saturday 8:30am-7:00pm, Sunday 11:00am-6:00pm

Compensation: $19 per hour


What Your Day Will Look Like:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
  • Phone & Switchboard: Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi‑line phone system
  • Administrative Support: Assist with filing, clerical tasks, and general front‑desk duties
  • Payment Processing: Process payments for services and products accurately and efficiently
  • Support sales and service teams with additional administrative tasks as required
