Job Title: Assistant Property Manager
Location: Marysville, WA
Schedule: Part Time, Saturday-Sunday, 9 AM-5 PM (Coverage as Needed)
Reports To: Property Manager

Job Overview

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Leasing Agent/Assistant Property Manager to join our team.  

The Leasing Agent/Assistant Property Manager plays a key role in the success of our properties by managing leasing activities, maintaining resident relationships, and assisting with property operations. This position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the property management industry.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Marketing

Post ads, check the property website and all ad sources to make sure they are accurate. Respond to leads and schedule showings. Work with the onsite team to make sure all units are rent ready and meet the Targa standard. 

Resident Relations & Customer Service

Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to promote retention. Address tenant concerns, requests, and inquiries in a timely manner. Enforce lease policies and community rules while maintaining professionalism.

Property Management Support

Assist in rent collection, posting payments, and following up on delinquencies. Help manage maintenance requests and coordinate repairs. Support the Property Manager with entering invoices, scheduling vendors, and walking the property to ensure it is looking its best.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ years in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred but not required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; real estate or property management coursework is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills.
  • Technology: Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.

  • Houry: $17.13 DOE
