Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Project Manager Intern to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity for students looking to gain hands-on experience in construction project management while balancing their academic commitments. As a part-time student worker, you will work alongside experienced project managers, learn valuable skills, and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Planning: Assist project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and quality control tasks across active construction projects.
  • Track Progress: Help develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to support project success.
  • Ensure Compliance: Assist in monitoring project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with Risk Management: Help identify and track project risks, and support the implementation of mitigation strategies.
  • Support Field and Office Coordination: Collaborate with project teams and crew members to keep tasks moving effectively and efficiently.
  • Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to help maintain a safe work environment.
  • Learn and Develop Skills: Take advantage of mentorship and hands-on learning opportunities to build project management knowledge and skills.
