As the Part Time Project Manager, you will serve as a supply chain subject matter expert with strong leadership and business acumen providing expert guidance for supply chain initiatives on a part time basis. Offering direction and oversight for procure to pay and process improvement projects ensuring these efforts support organizational objectives compliance requirements and financial goals. Leading efforts to enhance efficiency achieve cost savings and improve service levels leveraging deep expertise to deliver results. Providing part time leadership and expertise to support enterprise-wide supply chain initiatives with a focus on Procure to Pay P2P transformation system integration and continuous process improvement. This role partners across operational financial and technology teams to drive efficiency standardization and scalability of supply chain processes.

As a Project Manager, a typical day may include:

  • Providing strategic oversight for assigned initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational priorities timelines and measurable outcomes.
  • Leading enterprise wide Procure to Pay P2P transformation efforts driving automation standardization and operational efficiency.
  • Partnering cross functionally with Consultants Supply Chain Finance and IT to align strategies and execute system wide initiatives.
  • Overseeing end to end workflow design system enhancements testing and integration across ERP platforms and connected tools.
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives leveraging KPIs and data insights to drive performance and service delivery,
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies regulatory requirements and contractual obligations across all initiatives.
  • Leading acquisition readiness and integration efforts including assessments gap analysis onboarding strategies and training execution.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert and mentor to P2P leadership driving alignment accountability and measurable results across the organization.
