Title: Armed Security Officer - Malvern PA ID: 10172024225 Location: Malvern, PA Job Type: Part-Time, Armed Compensation: $22/hr to $30/hr Shifts: Weekdays, Evenings/Nights, Weekends, Mornings, Afternoons
Description

We are looking for a highly motivated armed security officer to ensure the safety and protection of our client's assets in accordance with all local, state and federal laws. Our ideal candidate has military or law enforcement.
Part-Time, Tuesday & Friday 5:30pm - 9:30pm, Saturday 9a - 1p and potential for additional hours as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to exercise discretion regarding the use of your firearm;
  • Submit incident reports to the US Security Care operations team;
  • Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence;
  • Perform site specific tasks in accordance with organizational policy and practices;
  • Monitor surveillance cameras (CCTVs) periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts;
  • Protect client and assigned locations from harassment, physical attack, vandalism, and other unauthorized treatment.

Qualifications:

  • Neat and professional appearance
  • 3 years of armed security experience
  • Law Enforcement, Military Police, or Corrections Officer preferred
  • Must possess a valid PA ACT 235 license
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to pass criminal background check AND pass drug screening
