What are some common challenges faced by part-time aquarists, and how can they be addressed?

Part-time aquarists often face the challenge of balancing their work hours with the needs of live aquatic exhibits, as animal care and tank maintenance require consistent attention. Additionally, staying updated on protocols and any changes in animal behavior can be more difficult when working fewer hours, so maintaining detailed logs and attending regular team meetings can help bridge these gaps.
