Help Students Build Skills That Last
We are hiring a Learning Center Coordinator / Academic Manager to lead our core academic programs in reading, math, and study skills.
This is a hands-on leadership role - you will work directly with students and teachers to ensure strong instruction, steady progress, and a well-run learning environment.
If you are organized, confident, and enjoy working with students and educators, this is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role in education.
What You'll Do
Lead the Academic Floor
  • Oversee daily instruction for reading, math, and study skills
  • Ensure sessions run smoothly, efficiently, and with high quality

Own Student Progress
  • Monitor and adjust student programs
  • Ensure materials and plans are accurate and up to date
  • Step in to teach when needed

Manage Testing & Programs
  • Administer and review student testing (AEs, ITs, etc.)
  • Ensure programs are properly prescribed

Support & Lead Teachers
  • Help train and guide part-time teachers
  • Build schedules and ensure proper coverage
  • Maintain a positive, team-focused environment

Operations & Organization
  • Manage schedules, attendance, and make-ups
  • Maintain student records and organization
  • Keep the center structured and running efficiently

Parent Communication
  • Provide updates on student progress
  • Participate in conferences
  • Build strong relationships with families
What We're Looking For
