Pedcor Homes is hiring a Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team!

We're looking for a customer-focused professional with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a team-first mindset. Responsibilities include service requests, apartment turns, make-readies, grounds maintenance, general plumbing, electrical and drywall repairs, debris removal, and other maintenance projects throughout the community.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
  • On-call availability
  • Weekend availability
  • A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

HVAC and CPO certifications are a plus but are not required.
