Job description

Looking for a part-time role that keeps you active, works around your schedule, and lets you see the results of your work every day? We're hiring Field Services Technicians to help maintain clean, safe, and well-kept apartment communities during daytime hours.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying physically active, and taking pride in keeping things running the right way.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Keep apartment communities clean, functional, and compliant by maintaining disposal areas, dumpster enclosures, and common spaces.
  • Evenly distribute and compact trash using company-provided equipment.
  • Sort and handle recycling and compost materials according to company procedures.
  • Perform general porter services like sweeping, cleaning enclosures, and removing debris.
  • Remove pet waste from designated areas using provided supplies.
  • Empty trash from public and common-area receptacles and replace liners as needed.
  • Use our mobile app on your smartphone to log service activity and confirm completion.
  • Stay active by walking properties, climbing stairs, and working outdoors during your shift.

What You'll Get

  • Pay: $23 per hour
  • Schedule: Daytime shifts, typically Wednesday-Sunday, starting around 5:00 AM (varies by market)
  • Part-Time: Usually 10-15+ hours per week
  • Local Work: Assigned communities within your local area
  • Fast Pay: Access your earnings quickly with DailyPay

What You'll Need

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation: Open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer (required)
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • A strong work ethic and pride in doing the job right
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof upon hire required)
  • Ability to work independently, follow routines, and stay on task
  • A smartphone with a data plan to use our work app

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs
  • Able to safely operate a manual tamper to compact trash
  • Willing to work around trash, recycling, and waste
  • Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions

Why You'll Like This Job

  • Stay Active: Get paid to move instead of sitting at a desk
  • Flexible Fit: Easy to pair with another job or responsibilities
  • Visible Results: See the impact of your work every day
  • Growth Opportunities: Paths into lead or management roles
  • Safety First: Company-provided equipment and clear procedures
  • Referral Bonuses: Earn more by bringing friends onto the team
