Part-Time | Monday-Friday | 1:00 PM-5:00 PM
$15.00-$17.00 per hour (DOE) + Quarterly Bonus Opportunity

Looking for a part-time job with a consistent weekday schedule? Block 2 Lofts Apartments in Downtown Little Rock is hiring a Part-Time Apartment Porter to help maintain a clean, attractive, and welcoming community for our residents.

This is a hands-on position for someone who likes to stay busy, notices the details, and takes pride in seeing a job well done. You'll work alongside the property team and play an important role in keeping the community running smoothly.

Pay & Perks

Earn $15.00-$17.00 per hour (DOE)

Quarterly Performance Bonus - Earn up to $375 every quarter!

Enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 1:00 PM-5:00 PM, giving you the flexibility to keep your mornings free while earning extra income.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintain clean, attractive common areas and overall property curb appeal
  • Clean leasing areas, hallways, restrooms, amenities, and other shared spaces
  • Remove trash and debris throughout the community
  • Help with apartment turns and preparing vacant homes for new residents
  • Assist with basic property maintenance, including painting and light repairs
  • Support seasonal cleanup and other property needs
  • Identify and report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the maintenance team
  • Pitch in wherever needed to keep the community looking its best

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, apartment maintenance, property operations, or a similar role is preferred
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Basic maintenance or apartment operations knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to stay active and handle the physical demands of the position
