Schedule: Part Time; approx. 32 hours (4 days) every OTHER week.
Work hours: approx 6am-2:30pm

  • Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, SAP

Job Description:
  • Responsible for printing of designated label revisions and related paperwork using SAP and Microsoft Office programs. Complete visual inspection of revised product labels, making sure labels have correct formatting and material number.
  • Scan inspected product labels and process the files using Adobe programs and scripts in preparation for next steps.
  • The Rise! Project Admin will also be responsible for supporting the following internal customers: Operations, Packaging, Quality, and MDO.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • SAP label printing activities.
  • Review and verification of label documentation formatting.
  • Scan completed relevant documents.
  • Process scanned documents to prepare them for upload into SAP.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Detail-Oriented, team player. Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Fast learner and must have excellent communication skills.
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook.
  • Adobe Acrobat and SAP knowledge are beneficial.
  • Requires organizational skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. AS degree or college level courses helpful.
  • General office, computer data entry, zero to three years related experience.
