Job description

Position Overview:
The Part-Time Site Manager provides flexible, part-time support for the daily oversight of swine production operations at assigned site(s). This position is designed for individuals seeking a role that offers consistent responsibilities with adaptable work hours. The Site Manager helps ensure high standards in animal care, environmental management, biosecurity, and production protocol compliance while completing site activities accurately, consistently, and in alignment with company expectations.
This role typically requires approximately 20-30 hours per week, with an estimated three (3) hours of work per day across a seven-day schedule. Work hours are flexible and may be adjusted to accommodate personal schedules while still meeting the daily needs of the site.
The flexible structure of this position allows the employee to balance work responsibilities with other commitments, provided required tasks are completed on time and site expectations are maintained. This is a salaried, non-exempt position requiring employees to clock in and out for all hours worked and is eligible for earned leave benefits only.

What You Will Do:
  • Assist with daily animal care, feeding, watering, and environment monitoring.
  • Support site-level sanitation, repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting as directed.
  • Uphold CF's biosecurity, safety, and animal welfare standards.
  • Respond to alarm notifications
